    Important Notice Regarding COD Orders

    This message applies to customers who place and confirm their orders with us through WhatsApp or phone call.

    Once your order has been dispatched and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled through the courier. If a customer confirms the order and then immediately refuses to accept it after dispatch for any reason, please understand that this causes a direct financial loss to us.

    We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience for our customers. In addition, we normally confirm the order twice:

    1. When you initially place the order.
    2. When we reconfirm with you before dispatch.

    Once you give us your confirmation and we dispatch the order based on your commitment, we have already paid the applicable courier charges on your behalf.

    Please also understand that free shipping does not mean the courier service is free for us. Courier charges are calculated according to factors such as the parcel’s weight and applicable service charges. The heavier the parcel, the higher the shipping cost we have to bear.

    Therefore, if you are not sure about accepting your order, please do not place or confirm a COD order with us.

    If you genuinely do not like the product after receiving it, we respect your decision and you may follow our return policy. However, refusing or cancelling an order immediately after dispatch without a valid reason causes unnecessary financial loss to our business.

    For repeated or deliberate cases of confirmed orders being refused after dispatch, we reserve the right to recover any applicable losses or pursue appropriate legal remedies, in accordance with applicable law.
